I recently got into making my own vinaigrette thanks to a Giada recipe that called for her own dressing. After I realized how easy and flavorful it was, I wont go back to a overly sugared, preservative infested bottled dressing again! Heres the recipe for the vinaigrette with my own little spin on it. Enjoy! Soy Vinaigrette: 2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice 1 1/2 tablespoons honey 3 tablespoons GOOD quality extra virgin olive oil 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1 teaspoon seasame seeds 1 teaspoon pepper pinch of salt Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mix with a whisk and serve on top of your favorite salad! My favorite right now is butter lettuce or spinach, dried blueberries, fresh gorgonzola, sliced almonds and carrots. mmm.
