Quiksilver Celebrations

The ever so lovely Tanya from Bollare invited me to come by the offices to pick something Quiksilver to wear to the Quiksilver Women’s Malibu store opening and I couldn’t be more excited about it.If you read this blog or know me personally, you  know that these types of dresses are not really  my thing but when I saw this beauty I fell in love. I’m not sure if it was the print or the fit but I knew I was taking it home with me right then and there.  I decided I was going all the way boho or nothing so I paired this dress with some wooden platforms,  a turquoise necklace I got in high school and put my hair in a side braid with other braids throughout. I didn’t end up bringing my camera, well , because it’s 7 lbs and I wanted to enjoy myself. I sipped white wine, talked with some of my bloggy friends and witnessed a sage blessing type presentation to open the store. It was an all around great night and I was really happy with my choice of outfit.
