Summer Eats

(A watermelon I cut up yesterday afternoon)

I loveeee Summer eats. Everything is light, cool, mostly healthy and naturally delicious. Here are the dishes I hope to make at least once this Summer..

-Watermelon Gazpacho

-Shrimp salad

-Capreses everyday (I’ve already started this one)

-Cucumber water on hand at all times

-Grilled fruit for dessert

- Cold Sesame noodles

-Grilled Kale Salad

-Traditional Greek salads (Ingredients: tomatoes, green onions, feta cheese, olive oil, oregano, vinegar…thats it!)

-Nicoise Toasts

-Avocado everything
