YOLO

What did I do this weekend? I went hard in Vegas, that’s what. Sorry for the semi grainy/blurry photos, they are from my phone but you get the picture right?

Read more…. (Warning: it’s a lengthy one!)

We started off stopping at Calico on the way to Vegas, me and Liz figured why not? YOLO nah sayin? We wondered around the very updated, touristy ghost town and got creeped out by the mannequins. After taking some funny photos and experiencing a haunting we were back on our way. Friday night we hit up XS in the Encore which was alright, I’m going to be honest with you guys…..I hate the music they play in Vegas and on the radio. If it’s not hip hop or house I’m not down for it. I wore my faux leather H&M dress with some fun platforms and me and my girls danced the night away. After this we decided to go to a strip club because none of us have been in Vegas….again, we thought, YOLO. I felt like I went to another club, the room was packed with tables and our stripper (who gave us 3 complimentary lap dances and smelled ammmaazzing) told us there were 400 dancers on the floor at that time. INSANE. It was quite an experience and I couldn’t help but just look around and observe the whole time I was there. We got our lapdances,  headed back to our room and went to sleep (I’m sure it was around 5am at that point). On Saturday we woke up and went to Tao beach club in the Venetian which was filled with the scariest group of people I’ve ever seen. Did that stop us from having fun? Nope. YOLO. I sipped on Budwiesers because I can’t do hard alcohol during the day and they did me just fine. After giving my friend Kiesha a lap dance myself, we headed into the casino where Liz encouraged me to put her $10 in a slot machine to see what would happen. We stumbled through the casino looking for a 25 cent Wheel of Fortune machine because that’s all I will play as far as slots go. We won $50 instantly, cashed out and went back to our room at the Vdara (which was sick btw). After showering and freshening up, we went to our dinner at China Poblano….a Jose Andres restaurant which had both Chinese and Mexican food. It wasn’t fusion they simply offered both which I thought was amazing. The food was of course exquisit and after eating way too much (and using our newly won $50) we headed to Marquee. We danced the night away, a guy LITERALLY ran from me when I told him I had a boyfriend, I randomly ran into my boyfriends cousins and danced with them, and I changed into Keisha’s flip flops she brought for me in her purse as soon as I entered. Yup, I was the little girl in the full sequins 80′s dress….in flip flops dancing so hard. That was me. We left mid day Sunday and as soon as I got home I ordered an amazing pizza from Vito’s and laid on my couch ALL.NIGHT. It was overall a great weekend but now I’m ready to get back into the grind. Hope you all had a fabulous weekend! XO
