(Motel crop top, vintage flannel, Dolcetta boots / photos by Brian Dowling for Uno de 50)
Ladies and gentleman, I give you Uno de 50. A gorgeous Spanish jewelry line that started out in the late 90s based on a Utopian idea: to make only 50 units of each design, so that whoever had one piece would have one of the existing 50 (hence the name). I had the upmost honor in being 1 of 5 bloggers to shoot a campaign for the line and we will also be hosting the opening of the store in the Beverly Center in a few months. I was super excited to be apart of this project as 1, it was with some of my FAVORITE LA bloggers and 2, because I love collaborating with brands. Uno de 50 was such a pleasure to work with and I can honestly say their jewelry was 10x more beautiful in person…I want it all. We all styled ourselves showcasing how versatile the line really is, and took photos around one of my favorite parts of LA, Silverlake. My favorite pieces are the Ibiza, the Trepadera, the Ojo x Ojo, the 2001 and the Bocado.
About a week ago a friend and I were spending some time together and she had on a bracelet by Uno de 50. When I asked her what the designers name was she said Cien de 50 (her mistake) I went nuts looking online for this designer. A few days ago I went into a boutique here in Texas and found the jewelry line displayed!!!! I absolutely love Uno de 50!!! Gorgeous gorgeous line of jewelry. I love the pictures!
