Bride Talk – Julie Vino Fall 2017 Napoli Collection

Posted on October 13th, 2016 by admin

As you know, I’m starting to get the wedding ball rolling for next year so I’m starting to slowly look at wedding dresses and figure out what style I want to go with. This is probably the best and worst part for me. Best, because what I wear is so important to me and such an expression of who I am so I’m excited to bring that over to a wedding dress. Worst, because I’m so indecisive and I hate that I have to pick one dress for a few hours. I will most likely change for the reception but I’ll get into that more later.

I know I don’t want anything too flashy or loud, nothing “princess-y” or something with tons of tulle, so I’ve been leaning toward sleek and sexy if anything. I don’t mind lace but if the dress has it, it has to be unique. I also love two piece sets and long sleeves with low cuts and off the shoulder sleeves. With that being said, the PR for Julie Vino reached out to me with images of her Fall 2017 Napoli collection (the season I’m getting married!) and I really fell in love with these dresses. I’m telling you this because I get pitched all the time, and wedding stuff has been rolling in which I LOVE, but nothing has REALLY caught my eye like Julie Vino’s collection and I want to authentically share it with everyone. Julie’s bridal collection has captured everything I want in a dress; they’re sexy, unique, elegant, classic, beautiful and stylish. Below are my favorites from the collection and I would honestly be happy with any of them.

Here’s a little more inspo on the collection and scroll down for my favorite dresses.

The Fall 2017 collection range was inspired by the historic city of Napoli; the regal gowns are a continuation of ‘Roma’ which launched last season. The city of Napoli has a modern and lively culture within its ancient and historic setting. Much like the city, Julie Vino’s Fall ‘17 collection boasts classic styles with a modern flair. The rich Italian references can be seen in every last detail; from semi-sheer layered tulle with hand alençon lace appliques to the intricate crested bodices. With flirty plunging necklines, exquisite hand brocading and delicate lace details, Julie Vino has delivered another breathtaking collection for the fashion forward bride.
