It was a GORGEOUS day yesterday which was the perfect opportunity to bring out this rad 2B jumpsuit. I shot this on the way into a Wet n Wild event with the fabulous Jenny Wu which currently holds the record for biggest gift bag I’ve ever received (refer to my instagram). Now back to the jumpsuit. The colors are amazing and the cut is spot on. I love edging it up with a leather jacket and complimenting it with a short statement necklace. My everyday shoes have become flatforms or creepers but my legs are short and I need to elongate them with this sucker. I look forward to wearing this little number numerous times over the warmer months and might pair a cropped sweater over it for when it gets chilly. I hope you have a fabulous weekend!

(Forever21 faux fur vest, 2b faux leather pants, Barney’s Co-op Bag, Sole Society heels)

I have a confession. I went bat shit crazy at the Barney’s Co-op sale the other week. Ok not really, but I bought 3 things…..An Alexander Wang sweater for $150, Alexander Wang tee for $30 and this wonderful, gorgeous, love of my life bag for $230. THE DEALS OH THE DEALS! Real talk though, I had no buyers remorse or shame which is how I knew they were the right fit for me. I always make sure that if I’m going to spend money on designer items they need to pass these 5 tests:  1. the item needs to be within $200 (give or take and some exceptions apply), 2. It has to be something I will use over and over, 3. something that’s comfortable,  4. something that is versatile and 5. something that will last. If the items meet these requirements (which all of these did) then it is a good fit and I don’t mind spending my money on it. I feel like this is a great way to shop and great mindset to have when spending a significant amount of money on things. ANYWAY, I had the best NYE I’ve ever had by STAYING HOME. The BF and I walked to a fabulous dinner, got drunk in our apartment and danced around. Perfection. Now that the holiday’s have died down I’m back on the grind and I have a new sense of motivation that the new years always brings. I hope everyone had a great Holiday! Happy New Year!

Bloggers Styling Bloggers: Part 3

Alright guys! Our Bloggers Styling Bloggers series is sadly coming to and end with this part 3 post. This project was so much fun and really took me out of my comfort zone which I honestly didn’t think was possible. I’m usually comfortable dressing differently every day but this was definitely outside of that. I love Deniz for her classic, feminine style and it was really fun to become that for a day. I also had an awesome time edging her up and making her come out of that girly style for a little bit (I can’t believe I put her in flatforms!). I hope to continue projects like this because it’s such an awesome experience and a fun outcome. Deniz is amazing and I love that we got to become a little closer through this. Hope you enjoyed it!
